Ingredients of Oats Pizza Crust

  • 1 Cup oats
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup hung curd

  • Toppings:
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (onion, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, olives, spinach, etc.)
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta or goat cheese or cottage cheese, grated

How to Make Oats Pizza Crust

1.  Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

2.  In a mixer, blend the rolled oats until they form a fine powder.

3.  In a large mixing bowl, combine the oat flour, whole wheat flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
